Russell Scott Hostels is situated on a hillside in the popular residential area of Upperthorpe off infirmary road, near walkley . There are good transport links (bus & tram) to the University campus and city centre. The University campus is also within walking distance or two stops by Tram which is 4 minutes. Local shops, including major chain supermarkets, are conveniently located only a few minutes' walk away. | | Directions | From Sheffield railway station or meadow hall interchange take a tram towards Malin bridge or middlewood and get down at infirmary road stop. Just after the stop take your first left onto Albert terrace road, Take your second right on to upperthorpe road, First left cross Lloyds pharmacy take your right and walk straight up hill to the end of Brandreth road the hostel is a cream and black building facing you next to the nature park. Total walking distance is 6 min. |
