All of the guest rooms are in the cottage part of the building - offering tranquil and private accommodation with its own entrance. Each room has a colour television, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, with a double bed and an adjoining private toilet and shower room. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are on first floor level. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and overlooks the rear garden. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, an original feature fireplace and views over the River Stiffkey. Bedroom 4 has twin beds, an original fireplace and fitted clothes cupboard. It overlooks the rear courtyard, with its sanctuary garden and flower beds.
