	The house is situated in a quiet peaceful location on Countess Road,only a 3 minute walk from Killarney town centre and en route to the Ring of Kerry,'Gap of Dunloe'and Muckross House'.
	Our bed and breakfast is an ideal base for touring ,sightseening,golf or fishing on the lakes of Killarney. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and contains many interesting features.
	All our guest rooms are spacious,en suite with tv and tea and coffee making dining room is a beautiful bright room so our guests can relax we provide a wide variety of contential and guests can choose hot cooked breakfast,we also provide lovely home cooked evening meals for groups of 10 upwards.
	Our emphasis is on friendly personal service ,services range from booking your resturant,tours,arrange golf,and fishing tours.

Countess House is situated in a lovely quiet area just a 3 minute walk from the town and entrance to the famous National Park is at the end of Countess Road,it has easy access to the local shops,resturants,cinema and pubs.

	Rooms serviced every day with fresh towels given and guests staying longer than 5 days full linen change given.
	Our first floor rooms overlook the front garden and second floor rooms overlook the back garden. Variety of dvd's supplied for guests use.
