We provide a Hot Buffet with 3 course meal for £ 12.49 Available at our Air Conditioning Restaurant on Friday & Saturday. Our modern & spacious Air Conditioning Lounge has a 50' flat screen TV. Air Conditioning Pool Room equipped with 6' x 3' pool table. Internet Cafe has 5 PC's with 17' flat screen monitors. Please note: In 6 bed dorm and 4 bed dorm the guests have to make their beds themselves. Sets of linen, bath towels, pillows and duvets are provided.
	1. Clients and their guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable manner at all times: Unruly clients and their guests will be evicted with no refund of monies paid 2. The hotel reserves the right to hold the client liable for any loss or damage to Lynden Court property, fixtures and fittings, including items hired for their use. They may also be held liable for injury to any person including Lynden Court Hotels staff which arises from the clients actions. 3. The hotel will not be liable for any failure to provide, or delay in providing, facilities or services as a result of events or matters outside the hotels control 4. The hotel will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the requirements of each client are met. However, the hotel reserves the right to provide alternative services of at least comparable standard at no extra cost to the client Accommodation Bookings 5. Full payment will be debited to your debit/credit card 48 hours prior arrival. If full payment is declined the booking will be automatically cancelled. 6. An individual booking is only confirmed if supported by a deposit requested by the hotel or credit card “guarantee” 7. Individual bookings may normally be cancelled 48 hours before arrival date without penalty. Bookings cancelled after this time will be invoiced for one night’s charges without notice. At specific times of the year in specific hotels this policy may be changed and details will be made known to the client at the time of booking. Children & Infants 8. No children aged under 18 are allowed in the hotel on the Friday & Saturday . Keys 9. A £20 deposit per key will be charged on your arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon the returning the key. The hotel main doors are locked and we ask guests to keep their keys with them so they can come and go as they please. Insurance 10. Holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended to cover you in case you can not come to the hotel. Payment 11. Major Credit and Debit cards accepted. A 2.0% surcharge applies to all bookings made with a debit or credit card. Cheques are only accepted with a cheque guarantee card and up to that limit, i.e. £ 50 or £ 100, or by arrangement prior arrival. V.A.T 12. All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%. Should the rate change, the Management will adjust the prices accordingly. Arrival & Departures 13. Your room is available from 14.00 on the day of the arrival and we ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on your departure day. Early check-in and late check-outs can be arranged. ( Subject to availability and Extra Fee applicable). You must arrive during reception opening hours. Late check in can be arranged prior arrival ( £ 5 per hour fee applicable) Luggage Storage 14. You can leave you luggage with us in our secure luggage store. We charge £ 1 per item for a 12 hour period. Luggage storage is up the managers discretion. The hotel reserves the right to inspect suspicious item of luggage and also to refuse storage if the item is deemed to be of a suspicious nature. Dogs & Pets 15. No animals are allowed in the hotel Parking 16. The car park in the hotel grounds is charged at £ 3.00 per day. Cars are left at your own risk. Breakfast 17. A continental breakfast (Cheese, Boiled Eggs, Yogurt, Apple & Orange Juices, Tea, Coffee, Milk, White & Brown Bread, Butter, Jams, Cereals, Biscuits, Prunes & Grapefruits ) is included in your rate. Breakfast times are Monday to Friday from 8.00am until 9.00am and Saturdays and Sundays from 8.30 until 10.00. Time may vary. Dinner 18. Hot meal are available from 6.00pm until 10.00pm. Friday & Saturday by request only. Security 19 .It is regretted that no liability can be accepted for the property of the customers. The staff are without authority to accept any articles on any other terms, except tem stored in our secure luggage storage.
