Set in a picturesque row of stunning Victorian town houses overlooking the Marina we are within easy walking distance of local amenities. Bangor is a busy coastal resort with plenty of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions including Pickie Family Fun Park which overlooks Bangor Marina and the spectacular Swan pedal boats in the Boating Lagoon. Other attractions include the Pickie Paddling Pool, sand pits and adventure playground and the Pickie Puffer. There is also an Amphitheatre with children's entertainment, band concerts and variety shows throughout the summer period. Walking is the most popular recreational activity and one of the best walks in Ireland is along the North Down Coastal path extending along the shoreline from Holywood to Bangor and then on to Donaghadee. You can park the car or take a bus or train to join the coastal path at many places along its 16 miles. | | Directions | To Bangor from Belfast: Passing the Belfast City Airport, follow the A2 through Holywood to Bangor.
To Bangor from International Airport: Take the A57 to Templepatrick. Join the M2 to Belfast, leading onto the M3. Then follow the A2, passing the Belfast City AIrport, through Holywood to Bangor.
To Bangor from Larne Harbour: Take the A8 to Ballyclare and onto Glengormley. Join the M2 to Belfast, leading onto the M3.
