The Guest House was built in late 1700 early 1800, and is situated in the historic town of Epworth. The properety is 300 yards from the town centre.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

This is a the short description for the terms & conditions page.
Please read these carefully as they form part of the contract between Hotelier and Guests.

We accept most credit/debit cards. The person confirming the booking is responsible for paying all money due.

No rooms can be reserved without the correct credit card information required.

Once a reservation is confirmed, Wesley Guest House has the right to charge the full amount to the customer’s credit card. All cheques payable to Wesley Guest House must have cleared before bookings can be reserved.

No changes or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are not available.

A surcharge of 4% is only applicable on AMEX cards.

Your room will be ready by 3pm on the day of arrival, and the latest you can be booked in is 8pm unless prior arrangements have been made with reception. You must vacate your room by 10am on the last day of your stay. Should you wish to stay on in your room after 10am on the last day, you will be charged full rate for the room.

All rooms have electronic safes, and Wesley Guest House will not be responsible for any items missing or damaged which are not deposited in room safe.

Free off road parking is provided; Wesley Guest House does not accept any responsibility for any damages caused to customer’s vehicles or their contents under any circumstances whilst on the premises. All guest’s parking at Wesley Guest House do so at their own risk.

All guests who leave their vehicle on our premises for long periods of time or whilst on holiday, will be subject to a parking fee of £50 per week. And Wesley Guest House will not be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles whilst on the premises.

Wesley Guest House expects all guests to take care of our property whilst they are on our premises, and Wesley Guest House reserve the right to charge for all damages incurred to our property, or lost items belonging to Wesley Guest House.

All guests are responsible for their personal behavior: damages to property will be charged accordingly to the guest’s credit card.

Wesley Guest House meets the current fire regulations from the Fire Department of Humberside Fire Authority, Scunthorpe Division, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, United Kingdom. The Establishment does not accept any responsibility for guest’s personal property or any personal injuries to guest’s regardless of the cause.

Wesley Guest House is a NON SMOKING ENVIRONMENT, for your protection all areas are monitored with highly sensitive smoke detectors. Any one not obeying these rules will be subject to immediate discharge from the property, and Wesley Guest House reserve the right to charge the guests credit/debit card for the cleaning of all affected areas inside the Wesley Guest House.

To save any embarrassment, please adhere to the NO SMOKING signs whilst on the property.

Smoking is permissible in a designated area in the garden, where a smoking shelter is provided.

How to get there

Jct 2 on the M180, turn towards Gainsborough on the A161, go straight thriugh the village of Belton, when you arrive at Epworth you will come to the traffic lights, turn left at lights up the high street towards the Market Place, then turn left up Queen Street.

Train to Doncaster and the a taxi to Epworth (14 Miles). Should you contact us we will arrange a car to collect and return you to Doncaster for a small fee of £40
